This Privacy Policy explains how OneLoves ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you play any of our mobile games (each a "Game") on Android or iOS. It applies to every Game we publish that links to this page. Not every Game uses every feature or service described here; each Game only collects what it needs to run, save your progress, and show ads. By playing a Game, you agree to this Policy.
Games covered
- Tower Drop: Stack Smash
- Bounceforge: Brick Roguelike
- WordSorting
And any other game published by OneLoves on Google Play or the App Store that links to this page.
1Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, phone number, photos, contacts or precise location. Depending on the Game, the following information may be handled:
Game data
- Your game progress: levels reached, coins, gems and other in-game currencies, unlocked items such as skins and themes, and the ones you selected.
- Your settings: sound, music and vibration.
- Whether you have made a purchase and how long an ad-free period lasts, so your benefits are kept.
Gameplay analytics
- How you play: when you open and close the Game and how long you play, levels started, won or lost, rewards claimed, in-game currency earned and spent, ads watched and purchases made, with their time. This is sent to our own server and linked only to your in-game or Play Games ID.
- In Games that we advertise on Google Ads (such as Tower Drop: Stack Smash and WordSorting), a short list of milestones sent to Google Analytics for Firebase to measure our ad campaigns (see section 3).
Identifiers
- Google Play Games player ID, if you sign in to Google Play Games, used to save and restore your progress across devices. If you allow it, the email address of your Google account, used only to find your account when you contact support and to recognise our own test accounts.
- A random in-game ID created on your device when you are not signed in.
- The advertising ID of your device (on iOS, only if you allow tracking), collected by our advertising partners (see section 3). In Games with an offerwall, the advertising ID (or, when there is none, a device ID) is also sent to Tapjoy to credit the rewards you earn.
- In Games that use it, a Firebase app instance ID, a random ID that Google Analytics for Firebase creates for each install of the Game.
Device & technical data
- Device model, operating system and version, app version, language and platform.
- IP address, which our server uses only to tell your approximate country (for example, to know whether to ask for ad consent, or to count players per country). We do not store your IP address or your precise location.
- On Android, a Google Play Integrity check result, used to protect saved data against cheating and tampered copies of the Game.
Install source & notifications
- Install source: when the game is first opened, it reads from Google Play where it was installed from (for example the store itself, an ad campaign or a link), to measure which channels bring players. This is linked to your in-game ID only.
- Notifications: if you allow them, the game schedules reminders on your device (daily gift, new missions). You can turn them off in your device settings.
Error reports
- When the game hits an error, it sends a technical report (error type, stack trace, scene, level, app version, device model and system) linked to your in-game ID, to help us fix bugs.
2How we use information
- To run the Game and remember your progress and settings on your device.
- To back up your progress to our server and restore it after a reinstall or on a new phone.
- To deliver game configuration and updates to levels, prices and events (remote configuration).
- To show ads and give rewards for watching rewarded ads.
- To process and restore in-app purchases.
- To prevent fraud, cheating and abuse, and to keep the Game secure.
- To understand how the Game is played, balance level difficulty, fix bugs and improve performance.
- To measure which channels (store, ad campaigns, links) bring players, and for our own ad campaigns (for example on Google Ads) whether those players keep playing, so we can find more players who enjoy the Game.
- To remind you of daily gifts and new missions, if you allowed notifications.
- To respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than those listed here.
3Advertising & your choices
Our Games are free to play and may show ads (banners, interstitials between levels, and optional rewarded videos). Depending on the Game, ads are served through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), Google AdMob and their ad network partners, such as Unity Ads. These partners may collect your advertising ID, IP address, device information and how you interact with ads, to show ads, measure them, cap how often you see them, and prevent ad fraud.
Measuring our own ad campaigns
We advertise some Games, such as Tower Drop: Stack Smash and WordSorting, on Google Ads. To see which ads work, those Games send a few events to Google Analytics for Firebase, which shares them with Google Ads: the first open of the Game, sessions, Google Play purchases, each ad you see with the revenue it earned us, and when you first complete certain levels (for example levels 5, 10, 20 and 30). These events are linked to your Firebase app instance ID and advertising ID, never to your name or contact details.
Your personalized ads choice applies here too: if you refuse, the Game tells Firebase (through Google's consent mode) not to use your data for advertising or ad personalization, and not to store analytics identifiers.
Other ways to limit ad tracking
- On Android: Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads), then reset or delete your advertising ID.
- On iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, then turn off tracking for the Game.
- California residents: refusing personalized ads in the Game is passed to our ad partners as a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request.
- In Games that offer it, buying "Remove Ads" turns off banners and interstitials. Rewarded ads stay optional.
Offerwall
Some Games, such as WordSorting, have an optional offerwall run by Tapjoy (part of Unity), where you can earn in-game coins by completing offers from other companies, such as installing and playing another app. Opening it is always your choice. To credit your rewards and prevent fraud, Tapjoy receives your advertising ID (or a device ID when there is none), your level in the Game, and device and network information. The companies behind each offer may collect information under their own privacy policies when you take part in their offer.
4Third-party services
Our Games use some or all of the services below. Each has its own privacy policy, which applies to the information it collects.
| Service | Purpose | Privacy policy |

| Google Play Services | App distribution, updates, Play Integrity | |
| Google Play Games Services | Sign-in and player ID for cloud save | |

Our own game server stores only your saved game data, settings, game configuration, gameplay analytics and, if you allowed it, your Google account email, linked to your Play Games or in-game ID.
5In-app purchases
Some Games let you buy optional items such as gems, starter packs or "Remove Ads". All payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your payment card or billing details. We only receive a confirmation that a purchase was made, so we can give you the item and restore it with Restore Purchases.
6Data retention & deletion
- Data on your device stays until you clear the Game's data or uninstall it.
- Gameplay analytics on our server are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Cloud-saved progress is kept while you play the Game, so you can restore it. We delete it when you ask us to.
- Google Analytics for Firebase keeps event data for at most 14 months, then deletes it. Uninstalling the Game resets your Firebase app instance ID.
- Ad partners keep data according to their own policies (see section 4).
7Security
Data between the Game and our server is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and saved data on the device is protected against editing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to keep only what we need.
8Children's privacy
Our Games are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our ad partners are told the Games are not made for children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Correct or delete it.
- Object to or restrict how it is used, and withdraw consent at any time (for ads, in the Game's Settings).
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted ads.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email us. We answer within 30 days and never treat you differently for using them.
Legal bases (GDPR): running the Game and saving progress (performance of a contract), security and anti-cheat (legitimate interests), personalized ads and ad campaign measurement with Firebase (your consent where required, otherwise our legitimate interest in knowing which of our ads work).
10International transfers
Our server and our partners may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. When we or our partners do so, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy when the Game or the law changes. The new version is posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are significant, we will let you know inside the Games.
